BOOK REVIEW RATES - the following rates are based on a per issue basis
$400.00 per review
$375.00 per review (3 - 10 titles)
$325.00 per review (10+ titles)
All reviews regardless of being chosen for the print edition will be featured online in Bookwire.com and all Bowker bibliographic sources including Global Book in Print.
SPACE ADVERTISING RATES – the following rates are based on a four successive issue commitment
SPECIAL PLACEMENT:
MECHANICAL REQUIREMENTS & CLOSING DATES
Advertising reservations close 60 business days prior to publication date. Advertising materials are due 60 business days prior to publication date. Books submitted for review are due 90 business days prior to publication date.

Please supply one of the following:
• Mac or PC Quark collected with high resolution CMYK or B/W images and all fonts
• Print optimized (1200 DPI) pdf file
• 600 dpi CMYK or B/W tiff file
