Sr. Vice President of CBA Sales
Thomas Nelson
Gary currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of CBA Sales at Thomas Nelson Inc and has the responsibility for all aspects of directing and leading the CBA sales division for Thomas Nelson. He has 34 direct reports including VP of Field/Phone Sales and Director of Key Accounts for CBA. He has served in this capacity for almost 4 years. Gary has worked in the CBA Industry for the past 18 years beginning as a field sales rep with Benson Music before being promoted to National Sales Manager for Benson in 1995. He then took on the role of Key Account Manager for Tommy Nelson, a division of Thomas Nelson in 1997. In December of 1999, he was promoted to the role of Vice President of Field & Phone Sales after serving as Director of Key Accounts before moving to his current role in January of 2003. Gary and his wife, Joni, have been married for 27 years and have 3 children, Jason (25), Jeff (23), and Laura (20).
