Anne Gerth is the Director of Production and Distribution at InterVarsity Press in Downers Grove, Illinois. She has more than 30 years of management experience, beginning her career in retail management and later serving 15 years as regional operations manager for Development Dimensions International, an organizational change and development firm. She has served in her present role at InterVarsity Press since 1998, where she oversees the Creative Services team, the production, print buying, and book layout teams, the Web, and distribution and fulfillment services. She is skilled in office systems, vendor negotiations, selection and assessment, as well as in all forms of leadership and development training.

Anne and her husband, Ken, have raised four children and reside in Downers Grove, Illinois.
