President
Mardel, Inc.
Jason Green is currently the President of Mardel, Inc., a chain of 23 Christian retail stores with locations across six states. He has more than 20 years of experience working in the Christian sales arena, as well as other retail channels from grocery stores to big boxes. He has been in management with Wal-Mart at various levels and worked at one of the first super centers during their transition from a paper-based ordering system to an automated replenishment system.
He has worked with Hobby Lobby and Mardel stores for over 10 years. He began as a co-manager at Hobby Lobby, then moved to store manager and then buyer. He transitioned to Mardel working with their warehouse and replenishment department. Mardel has a sophisticated replenishment system that is used internally and externally, featuring a state of the art POS system and proprietary Warehouse Management System. Jason was then promoted to Vice President of Operations, responsible for overseeing all store level operations. Two years ago, he assumed his current position. Jason has a degree in Management from the University of Central Oklahoma.
