Ken Petersen
Senior Director of Acquisition and Development
Tyndale House Publishers
Ken Petersen is the Senior Director of Acquisition and Development at Tyndale House Publishers. In the years he’s been at Tyndale, Ken has worked in a variety of publishing roles, including sales and marketing, editorial, and acquisitions. He has been instrumental in developing Tyndale’s fiction line, and has worked with Francine Rivers, Jerry Jenkins, Cathy Palmer, and Sigmund Brouwer, among others. In recent years Ken has headed up one of Tyndale’s non-fiction teams, bringing to Tyndale such authors as Gary Chapman and Chuck Colson. Ken has worked closely on Chapman’s latest book, The Four Seasons of Marriage and Colson’s How Now Shall We Live? and The Good Life. Ken has interests in demographics and specifically the study of generations, and he enjoys exploring how culture and publishing and art interact at various levels.
