Chief Business Strategist, Prodigious Technologies
Mr. Sele is currently serving as the Chief Business
Strategist for Prodigious Technologies.
He was formerly the Information Technology Director of Multnomah Publishers
where he was responsible for the network infrastructure and software initiatives for the company. Mr. Sele’s expertise is providing corporate technology solutions by bridging the gap between management and technology. Over the past five years he had overseen the creation of Multnomah’s title database that incorporates updates to partners with ONIX data feeds, the development of a new royalties system, replaced the company’s outdated network infrastructure and planned the transition of the companies accounting and contact management systems. He is a current member of the CPSG ecommerce and metadata subcommittees for the ECPA.
From 1994 to 2000, Mr. Sele was the president and owner of Network Connections, Inc., a computer network consulting company. Network Connections employed consultants to install and maintain networks for small businesses. While at Network Connections, Mr. Sele earned a Restricted Energy Data Technician and General Contractors license to aid with network and cable installations.
From 1987 to 1994, Mr. Sele worked for Northwest Physicians Mutual Insurance Company as a Network Administrator and Programmer Analyst. It was during this time he oversaw the design and development of the companies billing and claims systems. While at NPM, Mr. Sele earned a Novell Certified Network Engineer license.
Mr. Sele graduated from Western Oregon University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a minor in Business Administration. He was one of two students to receive the Academic All American award as a senior. He participated in Track and Cross Country and was a two time district track champion in the 3000 Meter Steeplechase.
