Matthew Wilson joined the law firm of White & Lee LLP in February 2006 where his practice is focused on complex intellectual property matters, corporate finance, technology transfers, mergers and acquisitions and entertainment law. He serves as counsel to clients in the technology, finance, real estate and entertainment industries.
Prior to joining White & Lee, Matthew served as general counsel and executive vice president for Chrome Systems Corporation, an automotive date and software development company. And, prior to joining Chrome, Matthew served as general counsel and director of strategy for Velagio, Inc., a mobile data and software integration company. Matthew received his law degree at Western State University – College of Law in 1992 and his Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business at Westmont College in 1989.
