Follow-Up (Communicating Expectations)

Session Outline:
Anyone can present products - true salesmanship is in the details! Follow-up, follow-up, follow-up is what sales is all about! It separates the great sales person from the mediocre one!   Follow-up is an extension of the buyer- salesperson relationship  - it must be built on mutual honesty and respect. This session will discuss all the principles of great follow-up.


Speaker Bio:
Dave has over 20 years of experience in the Christian publishing industry, many of them with Honor Books, which was a leading devotional and gift book company. His positions there included Sales Manager, Vice President of Sales, and  Executive Vice President/ Publisher. In 2002, after Honor Books was sold, he started Dave Bordon & Associates, a sales rep company that represents publishers, taking their products to CBA, mass market and specialty accounts throughout the U.S. Dave lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma with his lovely wife of over 28 years, Rayne.
