Keith Youngdale
Keith Youngdale first came to Bethany Press in 1982 as a student at the Bethany College of Missions. His first introduction to printing was as a part-time film assembler in the conventional Prepress department. During this time, Keith felt a unique call to take what he was learning about Missions and apply it in the business world. Since that time Keith has served with several printing and publishing companies, including Bethany House Publishers as Prepress liaison, Garborg's Inc. as Production Manager, and Burgess/Beckwith as Operations Manager. Since returning to Bethany Press in 1999, Keith has served as both Production and Planning Manager. Currently, Keith fills the role of Director of Manufacturing.
Keith sees his current role as a blending of passions, both personally and professionally. Printing Christian books in a manufacturing environment allows the gospel of God's love to be sent around the world, and to be shared with individual employees each day. In addition to directing the Manufacturing Team, Keith also serves as a member of the Bethany Press Member Care Team. This team helps to identify personal and family needs for every employee, as well as needs in our greater community and then helps to coordinate and facilitate others in meeting those needs in a tangible way.
