Registrations are fully transferable. Cancellations received by April 10, 2009, will be fully refunded. Pre-event cancellations April 11 or later will be refunded minus a $199.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received April 22 or later (including event "no-shows") will forfeit the entire event registration.
