ECPA Member registration price is $995 if registered by August 31. After August 31 registration price is $1,295.
ECPA Small Press Member registration price is $795 if registered by August 31. After August 31 registration price is $1,095.

Spouse registration price is $595 if registered by August 31. After August 31 registration price is $695.

A $75 non-refundable processing fee will be retained for each registration cancelled. No refunds after October 20.

The event hotel is the Yacht & Beach Club Resort. Call the reservation agent at 407-939-4686 between the hours of 8:30 am - 5:00pm eastern time Monday - Sunday (closed major holidays) to reserve your room.

Transportation to the Disney resort from the Orlando International Airport is provided by Disney's Magical Express. After you have made your hotel reservation you will be given information on this service.
