ECPA has underwritten the cost of this special event and venue to keep registration costs the same as previous years during the early bird period.  Once you are admitted to the ECPA Leadership Summit, you will have access to the general exhibits during museum hours.  Time to browse the museum and to network with industry colleagues will be built into our special program in this unique and beautiful location. 

Morning coffee, breaks, and lunches both days are included in your registration cost.  Your registration will also include deep-discounted pricing for the 40th Anniversary Christian Book Award Dinner and Awards celebration held in the museum the evening of May 1st.

Early bird rates expire March 15

Members (voting):    
$649 early bird  |  $849 after March 15

Members (small press and small affiliate**):
$549 early bird  |  $749 after March 15

NonMembers ***:
$849 early bird  |  $1049 after March 15

Discounts available:

1)  Early bird:  Save $200 by registering before March 15

2)  Multi-attendee discounts (available to ECPA member companies only)

  • $50 per person discount if your ECPA member company will have 2-3 people attending. Use discount code ELSMULTI1 upon checkout.
  • $100 per person discount If your ECPA member company will have 4+ people attending. Use the discount code ELSMULTI2 upon checkout.

Night at the Museum Awards Dinner Tickets

After the program adjourns on Tuesday, May 1st, there will be a brief time to freshen up and/or tour exhibits before our networking mixer starts at 5:30 pm.  The 40th Anniversary Christian Book Award® Dinner and Awards Celebration will begin at 6:30 pm.  This event is heavily discounted for event attendees and guests.  Join us!


Registration Policies

Cancellations received prior to April 5 will be fully refunded minus a $75 processing fee.  Cancellations received after April 5 (including event “no-shows”) will forfeit the entire event registration. Registrations are fully transferable.


Profile Sign-In: 
You must be signed in to your ECPA community profile to register.  If you do not have a profile, go to and Sign-In with your company email and follow the prompts.


Member Discounts & Rate Eligibility:  
**ECPA Affiliate members with 5 or less employees should contact ECPA to receive the discount code.
