Frankfurt Book Fair

We invite you to be a part of the ECPA Co-op at the 2007 Frankfurt Book Fair

ECPA has represented Christian publishers at the Frankfurt Book Fair each year for over 20 years through our cooperative exhibit and we would like to invite you to participate with us in 2007. The Fair dates are October 10-14, 2007.

By sponsoring the exhibit space, ECPA is able to provide its member publishers with a complete set of services enabling them to effectively sell rights at the world's largest international publishing event. Those services include:

• Stand space, furniture, carpet and lighting
• Transportation and exhibitor passes
• Handling all necessary paperwork
• Shipping product
• Stand cleaning and set-up
• Unified signage
• Internet access
• Hosting services for you and your guest
• Refreshments
• Staffing your booth space on the final two public-access days.

In order to maximize our members' exposure at the fair, ECPA will once again be facilitating exhibit space in both Hall 8.0 and Hall 3.1.

To be a part of the 2007 ECPA Christian Collective at Frankfurt, we need to hear from you soon.  Please register online by January 26, 2007 in order to reserve your preferred space.

If you are would like something other than a full stand, please keep in mind that "half stands" are:

• only available when two companies want to share a stand. We only recommend this space for companies with a very small product line and who expect to send only one person to the show. Remember, you would be sharing a table and three chairs. If you apply for this size stand and we do not have a sharing partner for you, you will be given the option to have a full size stand. ECPA cannot guarantee that an equal number of companies will want to stand share.

• Additional space requests beyond your previous allocations will be granted provided the space is available.

Once you've registered, ECPA will communicate with the show management on your behalf. You will receive all the pertinent follow up information regarding service order forms, additional exhibitor passes, hotel options, tour tickets and parking, exhibit hours, stand set-up, shipping and catalogue information, etc.
