Subscription Fee and Period of the ECPA Publishers Legal Hotline Service
The current enrollment period for the ECPA Publishers Legal Hotline service is May through December 2009. Subscription cost is $700 for 6 credits (each credit equals one half-hour of service) or 3 hours of service. Six additional credits may be purchased by a subscriber for $700 for use during the same calendar year.

Many media insurers give a discount to publishers that subscribe to a hotline service such as the ECPA Publishers Legal Hotline. Check with your media insurance to see if this subscription would pay for itself in the discount you would receive or explore the ECPA Media Liability Insurance plan offered through the Ministry Division of Six & Geving.
