The Evangelical Christian Publishers Association (ECPA) is an international non-profit trade organization comprised of nearly 250 member companies worldwide that are involved in the publishing and distribution of Christian literature.

Since ECPA was founded in 1974, the Christian publishing industry has experienced exponential growth with ECPA active in serving the industry and its members through cutting-edge technology, meaningful data, educational opportunities, and access to markets. Our programs and services include:

ECPA logo Executive Leadership Conference
Held each Spring, the ECPA Executive Leadership Conference is designed for executives at all levels in Christian publishing. We typically attract 150+ attendees by providing world class presentations involving research and experts who speak on current issues important to the industry. ECPA members get discounted rate on registration. Affiliate members get discount on sponsorship packages.
CEO Symposium CEO Symposium
Seminar featuring high level presenters and group discussion specifically designed for the top leaders in Christian publishing. Open to ECPA member CEOs only.
Publishing U ECPA Publishing University
This popular educational event is held each Fall providing specific training to various levels and disciplines within Christian publishing. ECPA members get discounted rate on registration. Affiliate members get discount on sponsorship packages.
E-Seminar E-Seminars
ECPA's E-Seminars feature a variety of focused industry topics in which experts are invited to conduct an online seminar using a phone line and computer. Previous E-Seminar topics include Issues, Advancements, and Answers to Copyright Law, an Overview of the Robinson-Patman Act and Analysis of Christian Retail Trends Report.  ECPA members get discounted rate on registration.
Legal Hotline Publishers Legal Hotline
ECPA Publishers Legal Hotline is a service designed to provide member publishers with ready access to an experienced publishing law firm and a network of national legal specialists regarding questions in publishing rights, copyright law, trademark law, libel/defamation, licensing, non-profit tax law and a wide array of legal publishing matters.

The ECPA Career Center is the Christian publishing industry's exclusive resource for online employment job search.  ECPA members get discounted rate for job postings.
ChristianManscriptSubmissions.com ChristianManuscriptSubmissions.COM
An online manuscript submission database of unsolicited manuscript proposals, accessed by ECPA member publishing houses.  Only ECPA member publishers have access to the database.

  Publishing Standards, Product Codes and Categorization
ECPA works with and supports the Book Industry Study Group in developing and supporting standardization, product codes and categories for the industry. ECPA President Mark Kuyper is on the Board of Directors of the Book Industry Study Group (BISG).
