The Evangelical Christian Publishers Association (ECPA) is an international non-profit trade organization comprised of nearly 200 member companies worldwide that are involved in the publishing and distribution of Christian literature.

Since ECPA was founded in 1974, the Christian publishing industry has experienced exponential growth with ECPA active in serving the industry and its members through cutting-edge technology, meaningful data, educational opportunities, and access to markets. Our programs and services include:

Held each Spring, the ECPA Executive Leadership Summit is designed for executives and management teams in Christian publishing, who gather to network and learn from world class experts who speak on current issues important to the industry.

Offered throughout the year, these targeted online training programs feature industry topics in which experts are invited to conduct an online seminar.  Participants need only a phone line and computer.

  Publishing Standards, Product Codes and Categorization
ECPA works with and supports the Book Industry Study Group in developing and supporting standardization, product codes and categories for the industry. ECPA President Mark Kuyper is on the Board of Directors of the Book Industry Study Group (BISG).
