re-thinking cook communications

David C. Cook was founded in the latter half of the 19th Century, in 1875. During the 20th Century David C. Cook was a thriving pioneer in the area of Christian Education and curriculum development meeting the needs of those who attended church. In the 20th century, educational resources were focused on curriculum, the teacher and the class room. For the better part of a century those resources served the church very well. As the church of the 21st Century emerges, we are seeing unprecedented changes, challenges and opportunities all over the world. Consequently, educational resources are likely to be more focused on learning, the student and the living room. Making such a shift in thinking for any organization has it obstacles and advantages. Learn how Cook is rethinking its purpose and the way it sees its unique position in the global Christian market place.
