Strategic Responsibility:

 

Coordinate and interface with internal personnel and key external clients (authors) to ensure that marketing activities are performed on a timely basis to maximize sales efficiency for the Learning Resources Group. Prepare and distribute marketing pieces needed to support the marketing team; this can include but is not limited to spreadsheets, order forms, reports, cover images, website links, and trailers. In addition, this position will provide administrative support to the Vice President, Sales & Marketing professionally representing her to the group and those outside the ministry.   

 

Position Requirements:

 

Formal Education:High school diploma with some college experience preferred 

 

Experience: 2-4 years in an administrative support role within sales and/or marketing team(s)

 

Specialized Knowledge/Certification: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience maintaining databases including report generation very helpful. Strong administrative duties such as calendaring, typing, event planning

 

Equipment Knowledge:Personal computer

Job Description:

 

Coordinate and interface with internal personnel and key external clients.  Acts as project coordinator to ensure completion of efforts of marketing activities on a timely basis.

 

Serve as liaison for information and product flow as necessary to ensure successful marketing efforts.

 

Prepare and distribute marketing pieces needed to support the team; this can include but is not limited to spreadsheets, order forms, reports, cover images, website links, and trailers.

 

Maintain information in databases as requested.  Create and distribute reports as needed for key accounts or internal team members.

 

Provide administrative support to marketing team members as requested.

 

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
