Order Fulfillment Survey 2006
In our ongoing effort to provide timely and relevant information to our membership, ECPA is sponsoring a research study focused on order fulfillment practices. This survey is being provided based on feedback voiced at a recent ECPA Publishing University meeting.
Data of this nature has never before been collected for ECPA members. The study focuses on:
The survey will be available in November and will not be conducted again until 2009. ECPA members who did not participate in the report can purchase the report for $599. The cost for non-members is $1,198. (If your company participated in the survey, you will automatically receive a copy of this report at a reduced rate.)
