Location and Lodging
The ECPA Executive Leadership Summit will be held at the Embassy Suites in Colorado Springs, Colorado at 7290 Commerce Center Drive. Conference registrants are encouraged to make room reservations there to take full advantage of program benefits and networking opportunities.
The ECPA room rate is $89 for a 2-room suite and includes a full hot breakfast each morning, featuring made to order omelettes.
Call 1-719-599-9100 or 1-800-embassy for reservations and ask for the ECPA room rate. The ECPA room rate can only be secured by phone, and is not available online.
Limited availability. Conference registrants are encouraged to make their hotel reservations soon as there is no guaranteed room block.
There are many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel in order to maximize your networking opportunities. Directions and transportation from both the Colorado Springs airport and Denver International airport are on the hotel website.
Other hotels within walking distance of our event at Embassy Suites include: Fairfield Inn, Hampton Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Microtel. There is not a negotiated ECPA room rate or breakfast confirmed at these hotels.
Event Registration and Pricing
Plan to register your entire executive team so they can strategically discuss topics as they come up at the conference, and network with their peers. Multiple attendee discounts are available.
* The guest rate is reserved for guests and spouses of registered attendees who will not attend the sessions, but will attend meals and be on-site to network, etc.
Registrations are fully transferable. Cancellations received prior to April 28 will be fully refunded minus a $75 processing fee. Cancellations received April 29 or later (including event "no-shows") will forfeit the entire event registration.
Business dress for Monday evening Awards Banquet. Business casual for Tuesday/Wednesday sessions.
