VENDOR AND PRODUCT COMPLIANCE PROGRAM
Barnes & Noble recently announced a new Vendor and Product Compliance
program. Details on the compliance requirements may be found in our Vendor Guidelines.

Vendor Compliance Certification
Please note that a new Vendor Compliance Certification is required and must be
completed, signed and submitted to us by a principal of your organization. This
certification supersedes the previous CPSIA certification form and is required of
all Barnes & Noble vendors.
If you have not already done so, please send the completed and signed form to compliance@bn.com or fax to 212-727-4828. Follow the link below to access the form. Please submit by April 1, 2010.

Product Compliance -- General Certificate of Compliance (GCC)
Please note as of April 1st, Barnes & Noble expects vendors to maintain a General
Certificate of Compliance for all children’s products and regulated non-children’s
products. Vendors must be prepared to provide a GCC to Barnes & Noble upon
