ECPA AWARDS CELEBRATION, FEATURING THE CHRISTIAN BOOK AWARD® PRESENTATIONS

After our program adjourns on Tuesday, April 29, we invite you to stay for dinner and the ECPA Awards celebration.

• Leadership Summit attendees: This event is included with your registration. Indicate on registration form that you will be attending.
• Guests:  $125 (for Tuesday's dinner and Awards Celebration). Order guest tickets separately in the ECPA Store.

REGISTRATION POLICIES

Cancellations:
Cancellations received prior to April 4 will be fully refunded minus a $100 processing fee.  Cancellations received after April 4 (including event “no-shows”) will forfeit the entire event registration. Registrations are fully transferable.

Profile Sign-In: 
You must be signed in to your ECPA community profile to register.  If you do not have a profile, go to ECPA.org and Sign-In with your company email and follow the prompts.

• LOCATION: Our event will be held at the Sonesta Nashville Airport Hotel, 600 Marriott Drive, Nashville, Tennessee 37214
• GROUP RATE:  The ECPA group rate is $199 per night (plus taxes and fees). This rate is available until March 27, 2025.

• SHUTTLE:  The hotel offers an airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes to/from Nashville Int'l Airport from 4:30 am to 11:45 pm.
