Industry CEO / COO / CFOs invited to upcoming CEO Symposium, held November 7-8, 2011 at Tyndale House Publishers, near Chicago

With a rich history of connecting industry leaders for discussion, strategy and fellowship, ECPA’s annual CEO Symposium presents the only opportunity within Christian publishing where CEO / COO / CFOs -- from large to small houses -- can engage at a meaningful level. This year’s event, hosted again at the beautiful Tyndale House executive offices, will feature unique 1½ day programming to strategize on current growth issues in order to learn from each other without sharing proprietary ideas and data.

Monday, November 7, 3:00 to 5:30 pm *

This year we will open our event Monday afternoon, with a program hosted by Ingram Content Group. They will be offering the latest data and information about the publishing industry including case studies about successful operations and initiatives by Christian publishers, then followed by a networking reception.  These discussions will be foundational for our program on Tuesday.

Tuesday, November 8, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm *

Tuesday's program will feature collaborative strategic planning for a fictitious Christian publishing house (to prevent sharing of proprietary efforts or trade secrets) in four key critical areas:

  • overall publishing strategy
  • content development
  • mobile/apps
  • direct to consumer sales

Bob Carlton, Principal Consultant at LMK Consulting, will moderate our sessions, bringing a wealth of experience and creativity from the publishing world.

Don’t miss this unique opportunity to engage with other industry CEO / COO / CFOs while benefitting from their wealth of expertise and creativity without fear of overstepping proprietary boundaries.

  • Register online today. For industry CEOs, COOs and CFOs only.
  • Featuring a Small Press (less than one million gross annual revenue) registration price of $99; all others $399. -- AFTER OCT. 7 PRICE INCREASES $100.
