Pete LarsonCommunity Manager:  Pete Larson, President and Chief Sales Officer, Bethany Press

Pete Larson has been with Bethany Press for over 15 years and currently serves as their President and Chief Sales Officer. In his role, he has had the opportunity to work with a large number and variety of Christian publishers and has developed insights to how various publishers handle their workflow.

"We have decided to take a different approach to our sessions this year .  PUBu is the only opportunity that industry production professionals have to interact with each other, discuss common issues and obstacles, and share best practices.  There’s great value in hearing how others have adjusted their workflows, structured their departments, and recruited employees with different skill sets with the rapid changes in the industry over the last few years.  Two of our sessions will be facilitated by industry leaders but the dialogue and direction will be driven more by the attendees.  Our first session will be a combined session on Workflow with the Design community; and our fourth session will be led by Joshua Tallent, one of the industry’s leading eBook engineers.  I trust this will provide a valuable experience for everyone involved and I look forward to a dynamic time with Christian publishing's production professionals."   -- Production Community Manager Pete Larson
